About ELS Euro-Séjours - Bonded Travel Agent
Since 1995 we have had a partnership with the French company European Language Services (ELS) Euro-Séjours, who were established in 1987. They are a bonded travel agent with a licence issued by the Préfecture de Laval. Their Head Office is in Bonchamp (Mayenne) France. They are an active member of UNOSEL (union Nationale des Organisations de Séjours Linguistiques), the principle French regulatory body for organisations like their own.
Once you have sent us your quotation request or enquiry form, we contact ELS on your behalf and they then get in touch with you to find out more about your needs and tailor-make a tour to suit.
Catherine Galineau or Elise Bretaudeau from ELS will deal with all aspects of your tour. They can be contacted during normal office hours and when groups are in France, their telephone lines are open 24 hours a day.
As an optional part of the package, ELS offer the services of a specially trained bi-lingual leader who will be with your group from the moment you arrive in France to the moment you leave. Their role is threefold:
- First, they are there to prepare the ground with your pupils for all the visits included in your programme.
- Secondly, couriers have been selected for their knowledge of France, which they will share with your pupils to arouse their curiosity about life in France.
- Thirdly, they are there to make sure that everything goes smoothly – entrances to museums and monuments, departures and arrivals, accommodation etc.
