Advance Inspection Visits
We recognise the importance of ensuring high standards of accommodation and tour arrangements for your group. Your LEA, School or Committee may insist you as party leader undertake an inspection trip to ensure that this is the case.
We are pleased to be able to offer you an inspection trip service regardless of whether or not you have booked your tour or not.
These trips enable you to see first hand the venues, accommodation and activities that we provide. The trip also includes travel from London plus full-board accommodation while in France.
Our visits are held twice a year in March and October and cost just £110 per person for a one night (2 day stay), which is completely refundable when you book a tour with us.
A sample itinerary for an inspection visit
Day one
- Depart – Luxury coach from London with pick up point at Ashford, Kent through the Channel Tunnel
- Visit local residential centres
- Arrive at Stella Maris centre
- Welcome refreshments
- Introduction to Stella Maris
- French cuisine and local fayre
- Presentation of activities and question and answer session
Day two
- French breakfast
- Visit more residential centres
- Opportunity to visit a supermarket
- Depart
