IRISH LICENSEES GATHER FOR ANNUAL MEETING
This weekend saw La Jolie Ronde's Irish Licensee network meet up for their annual meeting which was held at the Hilton Airport Hotel in Dublin.
Paul Dix from Pivotal Education delivered a whole morning session on behaviour management which proved invaluable for all of the licensees. The afternoon session saw La Jolie Ronde's General Manager Steve Baker give a full company update before delivering a session on Safeguarding Children. Steve then handed over to La Jolie Ronde Founder Colette Hallam who updated the licensees on new products as well as showing film footage of the last 30 years of La Jolie Ronde!
Licensee of the Year for Ireland went to Rhona Gomes who teaches French and through her tutor, Noemi Jurado Sanchez, Spanish classes.
Rhona became a licensee in 2011 and was chosen as she is a well organised and very hard working individual who is at ease with her teaching and her pupils benefit from this. Rhona has consistently provided high quality language classes, maintained and developed a thriving business. Rhona said on finding out she had won the Award, "I was surprised and delighted to be awarded Licensee of the Year. I would also like to thank my Spanish tutor, Noemi Jurado Sanchez, for her dedication in delivering high quality Spanish classes and the continued support I receive from parents, my pupils and the local schools" she added. Rhona was presented with her award from La Jolie Ronde Founder, Colette Hallam (left of photo).
Licensee and Regional Co-ordinator Fanny Healy-Bernard was awarded with her 10 year Service Award.
